Christianity
From DRwiki
Although monotheistic, Christians worship different aspects of a single god, one of which is Jesus, a figure who was born around 8-2 BC, who performed a great number of supernatural acts. After being executed and then being revived from the dead by God, Jesus then spent three more days on Earth before ascending to heaven. Christians usually follow a religious text called the Bible, which is a mostly fictionalised historical account of the life and teachings of Jesus.
Christians and Otherkin
As the world's largest religion, many otherkin are Christian. Like all other major religions, there are numerous Christian groups and sects. Although none follow the bible completely, some, such as fundamentalists, are fond of underlining sections that promote their particular moral and political agenda. This can cause problems with Otherkin who identify as Christian or come from a fundamentalist Christian upbringing, as their religious affiliation may seem to not be compatible anything spiritual that does not conform to their particular worldview.
