Please review our Mission statement before registering:

First of all: we are not a game site. Dragon Realms is a site for dragons, otherkin, and enthusiasts to all get together in one place. What do we mean by this? Basically, a lot of our members and staff believe that in some way they are or were a dragon, be it in spirit in this life, or in a past life. You don't have to be a dragon, or even otherkin in general to post here, but you DO have to respect these beliefs.

Our primary purpose is a place for dragonkin and other kinds of otherkin to get together and talk about the issues that are most important to them in an environment where their beliefs are not only tolerated, but accepted freely. While we do host general sections and chit-chat, that's not our main focus. Everyone needs to unwind once in awhile, which is what these sections are for.

If you cannot accept these beliefs, and cannot add anything of value to the community, perhaps this isn't the place for you. We like our members, be they dragons, otherkin, or just dragon enthusiasts to be active, supportive members of the community.

What are otherkin?

Otherkin means being a nonhuman in a human body. They have beliefs that they belong to another species than the one they are born in, and most of them have lived as that species in one or several past lives. Dragonkin means the same, just that one belongs specifically to a dragon species. You can read more about this at Otherkin.net and Baxil’s Draconity FAQ.
